Full-Stack Engineer (Java + TypeScript)

Design, build, and operate the stack that turns behavior signals into real‑time recommendations, ranking, and full-scale user experiences. Work across our stack to ship features end to end through clean contracts and a cohesive developer experience.

• Build features across the stack: Java services and TypeScript/React UI.
• Partner with Applied AI to integrate Python-backed models; run and read A/Bs.
• Extend our configuration system (setup, experiments, flags, roles, client UI).
• Deliver data and analytics: stream/aggregate events; expose query endpoint; UIs.
• Raise quality: unit/integration/contract tests, pragmatic E2E tests, tracing/metrics/logs.
• Meet latency goals and operate what you build: caching/batching/backpressure, SLO‑based alerts, runbooks, safe rollouts with feature flags.

A collaborative, ambitious team player with strong communication skills who values quality, performance and continuous growth.

• 5+ years of experience building production systems (backend & frontend).
• Expertise in Java 17+ (Spring Boot/Quarkus) and TypeScript.
• Modern React + Node for APIs and internal tools.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and web performance.

• UI/UX & CSS frameworks: Material UI, Bootstrap, Storybook; turn Figma designs into reusable components.
• Python for ML: read model code, discuss interfaces, wire endpoints/feature stores.
• Event streaming & NoSQL: Kafka/RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Aerospike, Cassandra.
• Observability, error tracking & security: tracing, metrics, dashboards, Sentry, SonarCloud, Snyk; SSO (Microsoft Entra ID/Google).
