We started SMARTSEER in 2023 after years of working with some of the world’s largest airlines, OTAs, tour operators and retailers. We delivered hundreds of millions of AI driven recommendations, and tailored sort lists, significantly improving performance and winning awards around the world. We saw what moved the performance needle - it’s good relationships that make us all tick. We all want to be seen as individuals, to have our wishes fulfilled and to receive the right helping hand at the right time.

With an extensive network and various industry representative positions he is at the forefront of understanding how to move travel forward in a more data driven way.

Our Product and Marketing Addict
Melanie is passionate about getting products right. She has extensive experience in leading product and development teams and is really good at communicating a clear vision and holding to it. With a background in Computer Science and over 25 years experience in building data driven products she drives our vision forward.
Stefan Henß
Our Data and Platform Guru
Stefan could programme before he could talk (maybe an exaggeration). As a youngster he did became the highest ranked developer in Europe on Kaggle before his 21st birthday. He has a unique ability to create data answers in real time and has built a platform / set of models that is constantly tuned based on over 1.7Bn user journeys.
